Shipping/Returns

All orders are items that are not locally stocked but are made available to US customers. 

USA SHIPPING ONLY - FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $100 OR MORE.
$3.95 FLAT RATE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $99 OR LESS.

USA: Average delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks.

NOTE: There are times when delivery may take a few days longer especially during Valentines and Christmas or due to back orders or customs. 

MAILING ADDRESS: 
Please be sure to double check that your mailing address is current and correct. Do not forget to include apt number or any special instructions.

NOTE: 
If your order has been returned to us due to inability to deliver, we will be happy to reship your order but you will be charged $10.00 for re-delivery. This re-delivery charge must be paid via Paypal before your order can be re-shipped.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel your order, please email us asap.

ORDER EXCHANGE:
Items for exchange may be returned by mail only. You must contact EuroStyle Boutique within 7 days of receiving your order with your wish to exchange. Returned items must be post marked within 14 days after your order has been received. This date will be determined by when the package is listed as “delivered” by the shipping service provider.

ORDER RETURNS:
Orders may be returned by mail only. You must contact EuroStyle Boutique within 7 days of receiving your order with your wish to return. Returned items must be post marked within 7 days after your order has been received in order to receive a refund. This date will be determined by when the package is listed as “delivered” by the shipping service provider. 

Please inspect your order as soon when you receive it. In the rare case that there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item, we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order. If no attempt has been made to contact us regarding the damaged or missing item, then all items will be considered correct and received. 

Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags intact. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
Items that are not in new condition are not eligible for return or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items that are not in pristine and new condition.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend you return your items using certified and insured mail. 
You will receive an email when we have received your return.

Once your return has been received and determine that it complies with our Terms and Conditions, we will issue your refund or process your exchange. Refunds are given the same way you paid or store credit.
