Shipping/Returns

All orders are items that are not locally stocked but are made available to customers. All items are purchased by Luxury Goddess Lingerie with the manufacturer. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been received and when your order has been shipped to you. All orders are sent with signature required. This is to make sure that you receive your purchase.

USA: Average delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks depending on the brand that is ordered.
There are times when delivery may take a few days longer especially during Valentines and Christmas.

MAILING ADDRESS: 
Please be sure to double check that your mailing address is current and correct. Do not forget to include apt number or any special instructions.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.

SHIPPING RETURNS: 
If your order has been returned to LGL due to an incomplete address, we will be happy to reship your order but you will be charged $10.00 for re-delivery. This re-delivery charge must be paid via Paypal before your order can be re-shipped.
If your order has been returned to LGL due to the USPS unable to deliver, we will be happy to reship your order but you will be charged $10.00 for re-delivery. All packages delivered by LGL must be signed for to ensure delivery. If no one is home to sign for your package, a notice will be left by USPS in your mailbox. This notice will provide the information needed to either have your package re-scheduled for delivery or picked up at the post office. This re-delivery charge must be paid via Paypal before your order can be re-shipped.

Please be sure to provide a working email address and/or phone number in case there are any questions or issues with your order. If LGL can not reach you concerning a question or issue with your order, then your order can not be processed.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:
After submitting your order, you will receive via e-mail a copy of the order you submitted to confirm that your order was successfully transmitted. Because this will be the only acknowledgement that you receive when ordering online, it is important that you accurately provide your e-mail and shipping address. You will be notified by email of any back orders. Please note, due to spam protection measures by AOL, Hotmail and other popular email programs, emails may not reach the customer. Please contact if you have any questions or have not received an order confirmation.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept Paypal for all payments. No shipment will be sent until the payment information is confirmed accurate and payment has been processed.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us asap. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that your order will be processed and it can no longer be cancelled. 

ORDER EXCHANGE
Items for exchange may be returned by mail only. You must contact Luxury Goddess Lingerie within 5 days of receiving your order with your wish to exchange. Returned items must be post marked within 7 days after your order has been received. This date will be determined by when the package is listed as “delivered” by the shipping service provider.

ORDER RETURNS
Orders may be returned by mail only. You must contact Luxury Goddess Lingerie within 5 days of receiving your order with your wish to return. Returned items must be post marked within 7 days after your order has been received in order to receive a refund. This date will be determined by when the package is listed as “delivered” by the shipping service provider. 

Please inspect your order as soon when you receive it. In the rare case that there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item, we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order. If no attempt has been made to contact us regarding the damaged or missing item, then all items will be considered correct and received. 

Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags intact. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
Sale items or items that are not in new condition are final sale and not available for return. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items that are not in pristine and new condition.

You must print and complete the return form and this form must be included in your return package.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend you return your items using certified and insured mail. You will receive an email when we have received your return.

Once your return has been received and determine that it complies with our Terms and Conditions, we will issue your refund. Your refund will be given the same way you paid or store credit depending on when you return the item/items.
